We are really cookin' here at SEAL !
Borrowing freely from one of our supplier's ideas, Mike Grosz decided to cook breakfast for the entire Miami office last Thursday. Mike is a former restaurant owner, cook and he retained one industrial strength grill from his last eatery. He loaded it up on the tailgate of his pickup and backed it into the rental shop just as the sun was coming up.
Chef Mike says: "How do you like your eggs???"
As the troops arrived all were treated to all-you-can-eat flapjacks, eggs and omelets cooked to order all with all the typical breakfast side dishes including traditional Southern Grits. As the smell of bacon and sausage wafted through the air the SEAL staff was joined by our business neighbors and customers fortunate enough to have stopped in early.
Mike Gold just couldn't get enough! Look at all those grits on his plate!!!
When the batter stopped flying and with the help of Mercedes in charge of flapjack flipping; Mike had called on his old restaurant skills to crank out over 30 custom breakfasts in about a half-hour. A great time was had by all and EVERYONE voted to make it a monthly ritual.
Simon, Steve and Jessy mug for the camera as they wait for their "over-easy" eggs.
Next time . I'm thinkin'
French Toast .
